Larry Scholl's Folsom Ghost Train

"Larry Scholl’s Folsom Ghost Train" starts its haunted 10 night run on October 22nd. The Ghost Train operates nightly from 7pm-9pm, through Halloween October 31st. The “Folsom Valley Railway,” next to the Folsom Zoo is hosting the Ghost Train. Located at the City Lions Park on 50 Natoma St. in Folsom, California 95630. This year’s attraction is being presented by Monster Golf and Folsom Stage Nine.

Over twenty-five hundred enthusiastic patrons attended the attraction in 2008 and we expect an even larger turnout this year. “Larry Scholl’s Folsom Ghost Train” is the only independent full audio-animatronic (Disney Land style animated ride) haunted attraction in California. This is a highly successful community event for people and children of all ages and makes a great addition to the Safe Trick or Treat programs.

Larry Scholl has worked as a storyboard Artist for more than 20 years, he’s worked for many studios but mostly Walt Disney. He has storyboarded many films and television shows including “Mulan,” “Cats Don’t Dance,” “Robot Chicken” and was head of story on the upcoming theatrical feature “Alpha and Omega”. Larry Scholl’s artistic expressions extend beyond the animated page and into physical world with the Folsom Ghost Train.
