ART Speaks - so listen up, Sacramento

Local crafting duo Midtown Dreamers - who make goods out of old vinyl records - are teaming up with the Gorillaknitting Crew - a local art crew who does, well...everything - to hold Trip City, a 2nd Saturday show, to raise funds for Vox Sacramento on June 9, 2012.

Vox Sacramento is a nonprofit organization that is run entirely by volunteers. They teach free art classes for children and low-cost classes for adults. They also operate as an art gallery where artists who are trying to make a break in the art world can show their work. Additionally, they hold workshops and lectures for students and artists alike.

How can you help?
Vox is looking for gift donations, cash donations, gift cards, memberships, food, time, art, etc. to help make this event a success. Packaging up some of your handmade goods to donate as a raffle prize is a great way to promote your business. They are also looking for vendors and booth space is super cheap!
